Fitness Industry National Quality Accreditation Framework
The criteria
The Fitness Industry National Quality Accreditation Framework is used to guide and assess businesses in their adoption of systems that produce high-quality outcomes.
Each participating fitness business will be assessed against six criteria that are vitally important elements of successful fitness business practice. These criteria enable the complex structure of an organisation to be broken down into tangible components, which can be systematically assessed, monitored and improved. All six criteria are considered equally important.
The six performance criteria are:
- Professionalism
Service delivery is professional, effective and appropriate to the client’s needs. - Safety
Programs and services are delivered safely through a comprehensive risk management approach. Facilities and equipment are of a high standard. - Customer Care
The customer is at the centre of the business and is always treated with care and respect. - Information & Knowledge
Data and information are used effectively. - People
The workforce is capable of delivering and supporting the services being offered. - Leadership
The business is capable of delivering and supporting the services being offered.
